The 2019 JAC Soiree exhibition Pulparazzi will explore the art practices of the national group of eight artists that call themselves Pulparazzi. Their artwork demonstrates the many uses of handmade paper pulp and include: John Babcock (CA), Shannon Brock (NY), Joan Hall (RI), Anne Q McKeown (NJ), Lynn Sures (MD), Michelle Samour (MA), Peter Sowiski (NY), and Beck Whitehead (TX). The artists met in 2009 at a conference and has subsequently exhibited, conducted workshops and presentations across the United States. This exhibition is curated by Jamestown artist, Joan Hall.
