Our mission is to provide an enriching environment that inspires creativity through the active participation in the arts for all who seek it.Our Vision
We believe art transforms lives.JAC is a non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging the flow of imagination and self-expression. We endeavor to create one central home for arts on Jamestown. Our line up of professional instructors will provide a wide range of classes for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Classes will be offered in dance, theater, music, writing, and the visual arts.
We envision JAC as accessible and inviting to all. We see JAC becoming a hub for our town, a hive of activity where resident and visitor alike may be inspired.
Our Goal
Our goal is to unite our community by embracing the arts. JAC will provide space for education, exhibition, rehearsal, performance, and interdisciplinary art camps, as well as opportunities for our community including employment, mentoring, outreach, internships, and patronage.
