Enjoy moving through yoga poses to increase strength, improve balance, coordination and flexibility in this basic yoga class. Learn breathing practices to ease and quiet the mind, increase your energy and reduce stress. Class is suitable for students at various levels of proficiency. Poses will be adapted to meet student’s needs. Beginners & students of all ages & abilities are welcome.
