The print studio is available for those who wish to work on their own projects in a relaxed and independent atmosphere. These sessions are FREE for current students, and are open to past students, and individuals who demonstrate a working knowledge of the print studio. PLEASE NOTE: We are no longer offering regularly scheduled Orientation Sessions for Open Studios. Please register for a course in printmaking to gain access to our Open Studio Program, or if you are an experienced printmaker, please contact JAC Arts Education Coordinator Seamus O. Open Studio Prerequisites:
Participation in open studio includes a designated drawer for participants to store work and personal supplies. BYO materials – inks, solvents, rags, woodblocks, linoleum, etc. Paper and sintra can be purchased through the JAC. Available shared supplies include brayers, plexi-glass, presses, wood, and linoleum carving tools.
Fees are paid on a monthly basis, or as a daily drop-in. Prorating is available if entering mid-month, to include next full month.
