The Jamestown Arts Center is a non-profit, multi-disciplinary facility created to benefit the community of Jamestown, Rhode Island, and beyond.
Our mission is to engage, enrich and inspire our community through extraordinary arts and educational experiences.
“JAC draws the community together and combines all generations under the roof of learning, entertainment, involvement, expressions and connection. It defines and nurtures our community on what is already a special island full of interesting, artistic, vibrant folks.” – Jemma Craig
“I wish all of Jamestown realized how lucky it is to have such a unique resource. As a military spouse, I’ve lived all over the world and have found that places like the JAC are, sadly, rare.” – Amanda Bridges, Jamestown Resident
“I have enjoyed the many shows and performances that have come to the JAC. Most recently, I was stunned by the amazing interpretation of Much Ado About Nothing by Brown’s MFA students.” – Amanda Bridges, Jamestown Resident
“We love the Jamestown Art Center. It’s such a part of our lives, part of what anchors and fulfills us in so many ways, that I can’t imagine a time when it wasn’t there!” – Justin Morris, South County Resident
