Community Mural Wall + More!
The Community Mural Wall at the JAC is an outdoor, participatory art space for the community. Please join us anytime during daylight hours to contribute to a community-wide art project ranging from tape art to collage. The project on the community mural wall changes regularly—keep an eye on the JAC’s social media for the latest!
The JAC also rotates outdoor sculptures and murals on the exterior of the building. Check out outdoorartsexperience.org and Current Exhibitions for the latest on outdoor art in Jamestown!

The Jamestown Arts Center has joined other grassroots, public arts organizations in Rhode Island and nationwide as part of a Get Out the Vote mural project.

3D Crosswalk! An optical illusion installation by JAC Special Projects Manager Molly Dickinson and Met School intern Ayeel Schofield. On Valley Street between the Jamestown Arts Center and the Jamestown Community Playground. On view until it fades.
To Infinity—And Beyond! 2020. An art tableau with adhesive dots added by the public.
A participatory art project exploring concepts of space, pointillism, camouflage and optical color mixing inspired by the artist Yayoi Kusama's Obliteration Rooms. All are invited to contribute during daylight hours in the Douglas Street parking lot at the Jamestown Arts Center through October.
