  • For all classes, workshops and camps exceeding a $300 registration fee, students who withdraw 45 days or more prior to the start date will be refunded the full amount minus a $100 administrative fee. Students withdrawing 44-21 days prior to the start date will receive 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be available to students withdrawing less than 21 days before the start date.
  • Due to the fact that classes can quickly reach maximum capacity, online registration does not guarantee a space in a class. If the class you have registered for has reached capacity and can no longer accept any registrations, you will be alerted promptly and a full refund will be issued.
  • We do not offer pro- rates to attend part of a course.
  • The Jamestown Arts Center reserves the right to cancel any course, class, camp or workshop. In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be granted.
  • Classes, workshops or camps postponed because of weather or factors beyond our control will be made up, if possible, at the end of the session. The JAC follows the school cancellation policy of North Kingstown School Department.
